The Team Building Program: Climb Higher, Dive Deeper For Success Drive’ organized by the Hevotech Club and the Bachelor of Science in Agrotechnology (Plant Science) Program with Honors were successfully implemented. A total of approximately 120 students were involved, namely Year 1, 2, 3 and 4, as well as 10 lecturers who acted as facilitators and also 9 support staff who helped a lot in preparing the place, food and equipment. The first time was held at the new building of UMT Bukit Kor Campus. This program is filled with activities of hunting, sowing and planting eleven PLOs to produce holistic and focused students. The program is loaded with LDK activities (1-4: modules of the facilitator’s thinking), Bukit Kor Exploration (Climbing and descending the hill for success). Excited footsteps make their way through the winding path, sometimes tiring in the middle of the road, getting up again to catch their breath to reach the end of the line. That’s how life is at university… if you don’t focus then you drift without guidance). That’s the function of team building – occasionally scolding yourself for being in your comfort zone. Arriving at the finish line, Bukit Kor Survival activity followed – cooking maggi in groups. Alhamdulillah, this program has been successfully completed and we hope Team Building: DLTSLD will be the starting point for more success.
