Pasting and Icing Cake Decorating Course. A total of 2 lecturers and 4 laboratory staff attended an internal ‘in house training’ course at the Basic Food Preparation Laboratory, FPSM. This course aims to improve and diversify techniques and strengthen the skills of all staff in the laboratory. In addition, it is also a field for staff to exchange knowledge with each other.
