UMT – Product Launch Session for STM3107 (Product Development) subject by final year Bachelor of Food Science (Food Service and Nutrition) and Food Science (Food Technology) students. A total of 26 new products were produced with the guidance of 4 lecturers as mentors with the help of 2 support staff. The product presentation was evaluated by 8 FPSM lecturers and 4 industry evaluators. This activity covers 25% of the course mark assessment and fulfills the Entrepreneurial Skills element.
