Besut KV Visit
On 8 April 2025, FPSM was once again visited by students and teaching staff of the Culinary Arts Program. This time from Besut Vocational College. Among the activities we provided were:
-Briefing related to the Bachelor of Food Science (Food Services and Nutrition) with Honours program delivered by Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Zamzahaila binti Mohd Zin, Head of Program
-Sharing Session by KV Langkawi alumni, Sister Nurul Husna binti Jamsari, who is currently a 3rd year student of Bachelor of Food Science (Food Services and Nutrition) dK
-Visiting laboratories associated with Food Science, including the Human Nutrition Laboratory, Basic Food Preparation Laboratory, Food Commercial Laboratory, Food Product Processing and Production Laboratory, and Sensory Evaluation Laboratory. During this time, students had the opportunity to witness firsthand the practical activities performed by FPSM students, who had recently resumed their practical classes after a prolonged hiatus from the university.
FPSM would like to express its gratitude for the visit of KV Besut. Hopefully, the exposure gained can encourage students to continue their studies at FPSM.
