MOU Signing Between UMT (Malaysia) – Nagasaki University (Japan)

29th 30th    November 2017 (Wednesday/Thursday)

 

Faculty of fisheries (Nagasaki University) is located in the heart of Nagasaki City. This city is very popular with its unique history and culture, which become the first important port in Japan opened for foreign trading. Nagasaki area is also spectacular place that covered with natural beauty such as sea, mountains and rivers. Due to this attractions, both local and international students can enrich themselves not only on academician, but in the socially and mentally as well as enjoying most valuable experience in Nagasaki. Nagasaki university also provides the latest and best facilities of laboratories for all its students especially in fisheries fields. For example food processing lab and preparation lab at Institute of East China Sea. Professor Dato’ Anuar Bin Hassan is one of the alumni of Faculty of Fisheries, Nagasaki University. A lot of experience and knowledge that have been acquired by Professor Dato’ Anuar Bin Hassan while pursuing a PhD at the University of Nagasaki 30 years ago.

Since that, the MOU signing ceremony has been made between Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) under School of Fisheries and Aquaculture Sciences and Nagasaki University under Faculty of Fisheries on 30 November 2017. The members involved in signing the memorandum are as follows:-
